Modern day technology is the main attention of every person
nowadays. As we can see,
almost every person in the world has their own kind of high-tech
materials such as cellphones, laptops, ipads, camera,, music players and many more. In fact, most people can’t live without it. Technology gave us a positive and negative effect towards people, Here are some examples:
Positive Effect :
1. It helped us save time and effort to accomplish a certain task. For
example, with just one click, you may be able to see what you are looking for
in the computer using the internet. Every information you need, can be found in the internet. Not like before, you have to go to
the library to browse a handful of books in order for you to know what
you want; which is a big hassle to a lot of people.
2. It allows people to stay in touch with one another more easily.
3. It helps us gain more knowledge through different kinds of online activities.
4. With the use of technology, we may be able to see the creative side of a person. For example ( web designing, powerpoints, etc. )
Negative Effects:
1. People are not doing their own work anymore. Today more and more students are relying on the web to do the work for them. For example, students tend to just copy and paste their work then they're ready to go.
2. Security is at risk because People use technology in a wrong way like through crimes. For example, to activate a bomb, they seldom use cellphones to make it work.
3. Technology can lead to addiction like through online games and social network sites and in the end, they tend to forget their priorities.
4. Some people prefer to stay indoors and use the computer rather than exercising and going outdoors.
* Technology is very handy to a lot of people, But it depends on how they use it. Now, it is up to them whether they will use it in a good way or in a bad way. =)
